HOW TO ORDER FROM BLACKJACKLEATHERS.COM?

It is quite easy to order your favorite leather products from black jack leather and you only need to carefully follow the following 3 steps:

  1. Search for your favorite products from the list provided on the website. For your ease, we have placed the products in different categories.
  2. Carefully fill the order form which is provided at the top right corner of each product. Please ensure that you have filled your personal information carefully as the same will be used to dispatch your order and for further communication with you. When you will place the order, an order number will be sent to your via Email.
  3. Your desired product will be dispatched to your address within the 3 days of clearing of the payment made by you. The estimated delivery tome will be communicated to you (Though there can be delays due to unforeseen issues).

WHAT ARE THE EXCHANGE PROCEDURES AT BLACK JACK LEATHER IF ONE GETS WRONG, DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS?

  • While shipping back the product to us, the products should be carefully packed.
  • The return shipping costs will have to be borne by the customers and shipping costs are also not included in the refund.
  • Our refund processing team should be contacted before returning an item to facilitate the process.

We don’t have any minimum order requirement so our customers can order as many products as they want. But we do offer special discounts to the customers who initiate bulk purchase orders so you must consider whole sale offers before buying.

Shopping at blackjackleather.com is completely safe and secure as we do have robust internal controls and checks which make sure that none of the customers’ data or information is used in a wrong manner. Our payment transfer mechanism is also flawless and we do not share any of the customer information with the third parties. Before allowing payment transfer access to any of the third party we do verify the security status of that firm and we recommend our customers to use PayPal or bank transfers as these are the secure forms of payments.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEMS HAVE NOT ARRIVED?

Items are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after customers have placed their orders. We recommend our customers to opt for registered mail so that you may keep track of your products as we will send you the tracking ID of the consignment. But if you have still not received your products after 7 working days have passed, you may contact our customer service team for your queries about your product delivery.

CAN THE ORDER BE CHANGED?

Once you have placed the orders, you cannot change it and it will only be returned after it has been delivered to you. In order to send the products back to you, kindly follow all of the conditions listed in our refund and return policy so that we may process your exchange request.

CAN I HAVE MY ORDER DELIVERED OUTSIDE UNITED KINGDOM?

We have a customer base that spreads all over the world so we facilitate deliveries all around the UK, so you can order our products from anywhere in the world.

DO BLACK JACK LEATHERS ACCEPT CASH ON DELIVERY?

Currently we do not accept cash on delivery.

HOW ARE ITEMS PACKAGED?

All items are packed with great care at our facilities, so you don’t need to worry about the packaging as we wrap all our products in plastic to make them water proof. If the items being sent are fragile, there is an extra bubble wrapping to make the products completely safe.

CAN I ORDER MY OWN CUSTOM DESIGN OR SIZE?

Yes, we facilitate the stitching of customer designs by our customers. Once you place your order, we will let you know about the estimated delivery time.
